- Occupancy limit is 4 in a one bedroom and 6 in a two bedroom, which includes babies and children and is strictly enforced.
- One parking space per unit.
- Pets are allowed under 30 pounds. $100.00 pet fee and updated shot records required
- Check-in and check-out times must be observed. All parties must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent.
- Guests will be responsible for any damages.
- We are a smoke free facility.
