Our weeks are Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Check-in and check-out times must be observed. All parties must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent.
Occupancy limit is 4 in a one bedroom and 6 in a two bedroom, which includes babies and children and is strictly enforced.

There is one parking space per unit.
Note: The resort gates are locked on Friday's from 10:30am until 2pm.This gives us time to prepare Ocean Towers for new guest arriving on Fridays. You can use the pool and beach during this time if you arrive early.
Pets are allowed under 30 pounds. $100.00 pet fee and updated shot records required
