9/23/24 Tropical System Helene Update

To all Ocean Towers owners and guests,

We are currently monitoring the tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico for impact in or near our area. Tropical System Helene has the potential to become a major hurricane that is forecast to make landfall this THURSDAY, SEPT. 26. Some areas will begin seeing this storm’s effects as early as Wednesday night. We will notify everyone of any evacuation notices and official warnings as the storm’s path becomes more apparent. We ask all our owners and guests to monitor Bay County and Panama City Beach emergency services for the most current updates and to plan accordingly.

Again, this system can potentially bring dangerous wind and rain conditions to Ocean Towers, any owners or guests currently in-house, and those scheduled to arrive this Friday, September 27th. Please monitor this storm closely when considering your travel plans and be able to react accordingly if conditions worsen and it is necessary to move out of the storm’s path.
